Stay informed and act in accordance with the UV index
The daily UV index is the forecast of the maximum UV strength for the day, which normally reaches its peak in the early afternoon.
Sun exposure should not exceed 30 minutes in the first several days if you want to avoid sunburns. Slow tanning is better, it lasts longer and is safer and healthier. The sunscreen with SPF should be applied liberally 30 minutes before sun exposure and reapplied every 2 hours or after swimming, toweling or intense sweating.
